That hands-on experience helps me look beyond appearances and marketing. I consider a property’s condition, construction risks, remodeling costs, buyer demand, resale potential, and whether the numbers actually make sense.

That’s what my friends started calling me after watching me buy, remodel, rent, flip, build, and chase down one project after another.
To me, “Flippin Maniac” means I’m not just talking about real estate from behind a desk. I’ve been in the houses, dealt with the repairs, worked through the budgets, solved the problems, and learned what actually creates value.
